A client asked me several questions over the phone, so I simply transcribed the conversation with him, and this is the result. Enjoy reading.
A. Question:
Is it better for a person who wants to preserve semen to have high or low levels of testosterone?
Do lower levels of testosterone help more in maintaining the sanctity of the covenant?
Answer:
A. The Holy Zohar says that 'Hadar' is a reference to the foundation, as it is written: “Honor and majesty are His work, and His righteousness endures forever” (Psalms)
And the Holy Zohar asks a question that goes like this: How can we say that 'Hadar' is the foundation if the genitals are covered?
After all, 'Hadar' is something visible.
The Holy Zohar answers as follows:
In fact, a eunuch is damaged in his 'Hadar' because he has no beard and his voice is more delicate and feminine.
In contrast, a man who has a proper foundation and keeps the covenant as he should and does not frequently spill seed, what happens is that he has more 'Hadar', which is a more masculine voice, stronger beard and hair, and more.
B. If the Holy One, Blessed be He, wanted us to be eunuchs without the evil inclination, He would not have created the evil inclination. And from the moment the evil inclination was created, on the contrary, it is better to develop it as much as possible because it gives vitality, joy, strength, and beauty.
C. It is written in the Holy Zohar, Saba de-Mishpatim, that the Holy One, Blessed be He, castrated Samael and cooled his wife Lilith, for if He had not done so, they would have confused the world.
Afterwards, it is written that castration is from the Other Side, which is similar to Samael. And therefore this explains why so many means of castration are used, such as vaccines, drugs, ionizing radiation, fluoride, metals sprayed in the skies, may the name of the wicked rot.
And it is forbidden to offer castrated sacrifices to the Lord. And there is a negative commandment not to castrate! "That which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut… neither shall you do thus in your land" (Leviticus 22:24)
D. A person who has less male potency is not really a person worthy of being called righteous or holy because he is not overcoming it.
For example, Joseph who was 17 years old and he was very handsome, and healthy, and he was in charge of Potiphar's house, and Potiphar's wife was very attractive and the clothes she wore in the morning were not the same in the evening, and she was trying to seduce him.
Anyone who would see her would have a nocturnal emission on the spot.
And Joseph, who was 17 years old, overcame the temptation and only then was he called righteous, the foundation of the world.
B. Question:
How do you actually know if a person has a lot or little testosterone?
Answer:
When a person has a “high testosterone level in a balanced way as needed for his body, it's a situation where a person has more physical strength, more mental sharpness, learning ability, memory, muscle mass, muscle tone, beard, voice, running fitness, strong hair and beard, strong and healthy voice, ability to create reality, higher attraction from the opposite sex, charisma, better metabolism, ability for refinement and aspiration for peace and balance (instead of emotional extremes and tendency for aggressiveness due to internal weakness feeling from low” testosterone).
C. Question: How do you solve problems in life?
Answer:
The holy Ramchal says, in his book "Way of the Tree of Life" that the best way to break the shells is by knowing the truth.
That is, not treatments, not meditations, not pills – knowing the truth through logic.
That is, one needs to do what Rashi said in his commentary on King Solomon, who said: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding" and Rashi interprets: "And scatter your money to seek a teacher to learn from him and do not rely on your own understanding".
In other words, go find an expert/sage in his field and pay him money to teach you the truth about that field, and knowing the truth is what will give you everything you desire in the world or solve your problems.
D. Question: Can't a person solve his own problem by himself, does he have to go to someone external?
Answer:
A person drowning in a swamp needs someone from outside to pull him out, otherwise every move he makes only complicates matters and buries him deeper in the mud.
And so it is received from our sages, the Kabbalists, that when one Sephirah rises to its higher counterpart, it becomes exactly like it.
And the opposite is also true, when a higher Sephirah descends to a lower Sephirah, it becomes exactly like it.
E. Question: Is it good to take something that will lower testosterone levels like certain pills or certain plants in order to control the urge and avoid nocturnal emissions and addiction to pornography?
Answer:
I partly answered above in the first question.
And one needs to know that it is forbidden to do chemical castration as it is said "A man with crushed testicles may not enter the assembly of the Lord" and the Rambam says that this refers to a person who did this to himself and not a person who is like this from birth or due to illness as these are from heaven, but taking a pill that will partially or temporarily castrate you, irreversible damage may occur especially if it involves consumption for over two weeks and then if there is irreversible damage it may be in the category of 'crushed testicles' and this is a negative commandment and therefore we can say that the Holy One, Blessed be He, looks at it exactly the opposite – one needs to be strong and healthy and strengthen the male potency in a good and balanced way.
