The reason they administer the vaccination is rooted in the creation of the world and the soul source of these people. In our world, there are souls that come from the side of good, in the aspect of the Tree of Life, and conversely, there are people who come from the side of evil, the Tree of Death.
Our world works in such a way that abundance descends from higher worlds down to us on Earth. This light passes through the Sefirot from the highest upper Sefirah of Keter down to us through all the worlds and Sefirot. Between each world, the Sefirah of Yesod, which corresponds to the genital area, is the one that channels lights downward after receiving lights from all the Sefirot that preceded it (and therefore one of the names of the Sefirah of Yesod is “all” and that's also why one needs to guard every drop of seed with utmost care and not emit a drop unless it's for procreation, as Jacob our forefather did until the age of 84). Therefore, a state of damage to the Sefirah of Yesod stops the descent of abundance from higher worlds, and this will be the first reason – damaging the abundance of every person from their higher worlds so that it's not channeled properly.
A person whose Sefirah of Yesod is damaged, meaning their sexual system which is a combination of the planets Mars (the male organ) and Jupiter (the seed, lights), will be in a more survival state, needing to work harder and receive fewer results, finding it more difficult to create reality, meaning to create the reality they want, they will need to invest more energy.
And when a person is in a state of lack and survival, it's easier to control them and bend them to the will of the rulers, the people of the Other Side.
So far we have listed two reasons:
A. To close a person's channel of abundance and transfer them to a more survival state.
B. To control these people better by drying up the abundance that descends to them, which allows them to create the reality they want.
Another thing is essentially infertility, chemical castration.
The father of those souls is Samael, the angel of death, and their mother is his wife Lilith.
And it's written in the holy Zohar, Saba d'Mishpatim, that the Holy One, Blessed be He, castrated the angel of death and cooled his wife, otherwise they would have confused the world.
And it's also written there that the Torah states it's forbidden to sacrifice barren animals to the Lord because barrenness is from the Other Side, meaning the evil side.

Barrenness is essentially the opposite of the first commandment in the Torah “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth”.
Another thing, the rulers are few and there's a limit to how many people can be controlled and supervised simultaneously, so they want to reduce birth rates so that this whole situation doesn't turn against them and get out of control.
Therefore, the third reason is essentially to sterilize and castrate people.
And one needs to know that a person who is partially or fully castrated, the weaker their seed, the more difficulty they will have in creating reality. Just as they struggle or are unable to have children physically, so will it be difficult or impossible for them to create reality.
The seed is the intellectual and material abundance of a person! The creativity of a person.
Therefore, even if a person has already had 10 children and doesn't want more, a wise person will always want to maintain strong and healthy seed.
Another thing that happens as a result of damage to the testicles themselves is damage to the production of the male sex hormone testosterone. This hormone is what causes a man to go out and act in reality despite uncertainty, meaning he went hunting and brought food to the family despite not being sure he would find any and possibly getting thorns in his body and possibly risking his life, but in any case, despite the fear and uncertainty and desire for security and comfort, he goes out and does the task he needs to do.

And know that in the world of the Other Side, everything is reversed 180°. The Tree of Life works in such a way that the Sefirah of Keter, the male, stands at the top and the Sefirah of Malchut, the female, is at the bottom, whereas in the Tree of Death it works exactly the opposite where what we call Malchut becomes the top in the aspect of Keter and our Keter becomes the bottom in the aspect of our Malchut.
Making a change in reality is not surprising at all since this venom they inject from a syringe is entirely a principle of the Scorpio sign of the shells. The Scorpio sign also rules over snakes.
And so the syringe has the exact shape of a snake's tooth – a sharp metal syringe that is hollow, sharp, and through which venom is injected.
